Absolutely. All our shipping boxes are FSC certified and made out of recycled paper mixed with new FSC certified wood fibres to keep the box steady and your products safe. 

The tape we use for sealing is also made out of 100% paper and the same goes for box filling.

We also aim to reuse as much of the packaging we receive our inventory products in as possible. 

We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our goal is to bring Away to the whole world—and soon. 

We offer free shipping via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery.

Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day.

From then on, your order will arrive within 1-5 business days via USPS Ground Shipping, depending on your location. 

Our warehouse team takes a much deserved vacation on weekends and national holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have sensitivities, please read the product ingredients prior to purchase and contact us if you have any questions.
